Privacy Policy
Laatst bijgewerkt: August 2026
Skrino.app ("Skrino", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains which data we process when you use our comparison service and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Skrino is a project under development by Tim Willems. Questions? Email hello@skrino.app.
Which data we process
- Listing links that you paste, and the publicly available data extracted from them, to build your comparison.
- An anonymous session identifier (in a cookie) to track your free beta limit of 25 comparisons per month.
- Account and contact details that you provide yourself (name, email) when you create an account or send a message.
Transactional email
For account confirmations, price alerts and replies to your messages we use transactional email services (including ImprovMX for mail forwarding and Resend for outgoing email). These parties process your email address solely to deliver the message in question. We do not use your email address for marketing without your consent.
Affiliate tracking
Skrino contains affiliate links (including via Skimlinks and individual insurance and inspection partners). If you click such a link, the partner may place a cookie to attribute a possible purchase so that we receive a commission. This costs you nothing extra. This tracking only becomes active after you accept cookies.
Advertising & cookies (Google AdSense)
On some plans we show ads via Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to personalize and measure ads. You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner and via Google's ad settings. We always place necessary (functional) cookies; analytics, advertising and affiliate cookies only after your consent.
Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and the right to object to processing. Would you like to exercise one of these rights or file a complaint? Contact us via hello@skrino.app. You can also file a complaint with your national data protection authority.
